All Beef brought to Killarney Meats for slaughter must:

Be in good health
-
Be able to load and unload off its trailer under its own power
-
Have a CCIA Identification button tagged in its ear
-
Be accompanied by a Transfer of Care Document
Beef Drop off's are on Tuesday Between 1-4 pm.
Beef Slaughter is done on Wednesdays.
Pork

All Pork brought to Killarney Meats for slaughter must:
-
Be in good health
-
Be able to load and unload off its trailer under its own power
-
Have a Pig Trace Identification button tagged in its ear OR
-
Have a 5 digit Herd Mark applied to the animal either with a tattoo or painted on the animals back with livestock marking spray
-
Be accompanied by a PigTrace Swine Movement Report Form
Pork Drop off's are on Tuesday Between 1-4 pm.
Pork Slaughter is done on Wednesdays.
Lamb & Goat

All Lamb and Goat brought to Killarney Meats for slaughter must:
-
Be in good health
-
Be able to load and unload off its trailer under its own power
-
Lambs must have a CCIA tag attatched to their ear
-
Goats do not require any identification tags at this time
Lamb and Goat Drop off's are on Tuesday Between 1-4 pm.
Lamb and Goat Slaughter is done on Wednesdays.
Killarney Meats does not offer Halal or Kosher Slaughter
Wild Game

Killarney Meats accepts White Tailed Deer, Mule Deer, Elk, Moose & Caribou for custom cutting. We will only accept already harvested game, no kill services are available.
All Wild Game must be:
-
Fully skinned with all viscera removed
-
Have the Head and Hooves removed
-
Must be accomanied by a signed Game tag OR
-
A Metis Harvester Card OR
-
A Treaty Card Number
Please try to keep your wild game meat as clean and dirt/grass/leaf free as possible.

Chicken

Killarney Meats does not offer any chicken butchering or processing.
